Evidence, not promises.

Papinian coordinates its own international mobility projects and contributes to projects led by partner organisations.

Coordinator & partner

Our Erasmus+ experience includes project coordination as well as participation as a partner organisation. This has given our team practical experience in international cooperation, participant preparation and support, non-formal education, inclusion, facilitation, dissemination, evaluation and follow-up.

Act Together for Cleaner Future

Act Together for Cleaner Future brought together 44 young people and youth leaders from 7 countries, including Denmark, to explore environmental protection, sustainable living and active youth participation.

The group included participants from different social and cultural backgrounds, including young people facing fewer opportunities. Through non-formal education, intercultural learning, teamwork and creative activities, participants explored pollution, waste management, recycling, upcycling and individual and collective responsibility for the environment.

Practical workshops invited participants to transform discarded materials into useful or creative products. Country groups shared environmental realities from their communities and developed ideas they could carry into local action. The programme also promoted tolerance, cultural diversity, gender equality, solidarity and participation.

The Youth Exchange strengthened environmental awareness while encouraging participants to become more active in their communities and share what they had learned with others.

Tech Tools in Youth Work

Tech Tools in Youth Work brought together 31 youth workers, project coordinators, trainers, youth leaders and facilitators from Greece, Czechia, Poland, Denmark and Serbia to strengthen their digital competences and explore how technology can improve everyday youth work.

Papinian coordinated the training course together with partner organisations, drawing on the network of partners we work with across Europe and globally.

Of the 31 participants, 24 were people with fewer opportunities. Mentoring, peer learning and accessible guidance were built into the programme to support full participation and ensure that different levels of digital confidence were respected.

Through non-formal education, practical workshops and group work, participants explored Canva, Prezi, Trello, video creation and editing, website creation, social media marketing, digital comics, storytelling, online safety and responsible digital citizenship. Intercultural dialogue, equality and inclusion were integrated across the programme.

Participants developed skills they could apply directly in their organisations and local youth work. The project also produced a practical electronic booklet and a short inspirational video, strengthened the communication capacity of participating organisations and created new connections for future European cooperation.

Projects joined as a partner

Representing Denmark in European projects.

Papinian has joined several Erasmus+ and other European projects coordinated by partner organisations. In these projects, we commonly represent Denmark and support participant recruitment and selection, preparation before the mobility, communication with participants, project implementation, dissemination, evaluation and local follow-up.

Our coordinators, youth leaders and facilitators can contribute to workshops, group reflection, participant support, inclusion measures and communication between the coordinating organisation and the Danish group. After each activity, we help participants share what they learned through local workshops, digital content, community activities and partner networks.

These partner projects have addressed intercultural learning, human rights, inclusion, digital literacy, youth participation and other themes connected to Papinian's objectives. They have also allowed our team to work with different project methods, target groups and coordinating organisations across Europe.
